What is the team spirit like at Confinale?

The team cohesion at Confinale is very strong. An open and supporting culture is cultivated, which often makes laughter resound through the office. The team spirit is great and is reflected in joint activities, such as the annual weekend events, the joint lunch and the interaction between colleagues.

Do you learn new things at Confinale?

Of course, otherwise it would be boring :-) At Confinale one learns something new every day and can therefore constantly develop further.

What has been your biggest success so far?

My greatest success cannot be summed up in a specific moment but represents for me the various challenges of my life, which I have mastered one after the other in order to be where I am today.
