Why did you choose Confinale? 

Ultimately, the decisive factor was that by joining Confinale and entering the world of banking IT, I would be able to broaden my horizons far better beyond technical skills than would be possible in science or industrial research. This in addition to the friendly and heartfelt manner of my Swiss colleagues during our first contacts and the prospect of exciting challenges in a really strong team – now I experience both everyday. 

What motivates you most at work? 

The hunt for the sense of achievement when a challenge is mastered. 

What would a person who is the opposite of you be like? 

Certainly an interesting colleague, because we could learn a lot from each other.
