What is the team spirit like at Confinale? 

The team spirit within the company is first class and was one of the main reasons for me to join Confinale. All employees are pulling in the same direction and this is exactly what enables us to successfully complete our projects. 

Do you learn new things at Confinale? 

The IT environment is one of the fastest developing industries in the world. That's why there are new things to learn every day. Confinale has recognized that the company's potential lies in the knowledge of its employees and actively promotes their further training.  

Who do you admire? 

Wilfried Erdmann, who stood alone and without outside help against the prevailing winds of the Southern Ocean.
