LGT has successfully rolled out aSpark, Confinale’s innovative and sophisticated Investment Communication Management solution, in Europe. The rollout and pilot phase were a complete success.

With aSpark, LGT has further strengthened and expanded the reach as well as the processes of the investment office in supporting end clients and client advisors with even more personalized, relevant and actionable digital investment content.

Digital customer journeys and AI-based recommenders constantly demand new skills in the investment office: Today, there’s an increasing demand for personalized investment content, fully integrated and as automated as possible into the entire digitalized investment advisory process. Within the bank, the relevant information must additionally be available to all involved stakeholders such as relationship managers, Investment Office and Sales Specialists.
